Sue, thanx for a nice post. Different media nowadays are integral part of any business. Especially video technologies. It’s always better to see once than to hear twice. So I complettely agree with you – video technologies are a great plus for business.

Thank you Sue for sharing so many ways in which video can be used for marketing. I think many small businesses have never even thought of how to put video to work for them. Another thing many people don’t realise is that YouTube is the second most popular search engine, so having videos on YouTube is equally as important as being found on page one of Google. I’ve always wanted to try converting the contents of my site to videos because of its effectiveness. I’ve heard so much about the benefits of it like we can also target the people that prefers watching than reading. Can you suggest some good softwares that I can use to make a good video?

To make my videos I have on my blog and on YouTube I use a Flip Mino. It is a small video camera. There is software you download to edit it etc. Then I simply load onto YouTube. This camera plugs right into a USB so it is very easy to use.
For my video emails and conferencing i use WowWe. You can get a free video email account here.

Using video in business can certainly be a successful method. Something a little more interesting visually can get a message across better than just text.

Great ideas on how to use video for business! I have a client who uses video marketing for his restaurants and it’s been working great for him. It’s really a wonderful tool because most people prefer to watch than just read walls of text as evidenced by the success of Youtube. And it seems that businesses who uses video gains more trust from their customers.

Another reason to use video is; it is very easy and doesn’t cost much time, compared to writing. Just hit play, talk away, upload the video and you’re done.

As per me I believe that video is an NATURAL attracter so it works more than any other source as we like to see through our eyes more than to read and this makes us to memorize more faster than other.
