Many years ago when I was introduced to A Course In Miracles I learned there are really only two emotions, love and fear. All other emotions stem from either love or from fear.
Tough times happen to us all. How do we get through them? I know for me personally in hindsight I can always see the gift in what seemed such an adverse part of my life, however in the midst of the event I do not see it as a gift.
