This is my final message in my 3 part series on how to be the best version of you.
If you missed my first two post you may like to read them first.
How To Be The Best Version of You
How To Be The Best Version of You- Part 2
In my first post I answered the question…………
…………..How do you be the best version of you?
You set an intention to be the best “you” each and every day. I like to do it each morning soon after I wake.
First you need to identify what the best version of you is going to look like. How do you want to show up in life?
I do this by choosing words I want to embrace and become more of to achieve the success and vision I have for my life.
At the end of 2015 I chose 5 words and shot a short video on each.
My first 4 words I shared in the first two posts were:
- Resourceful
- Joy – or joyful
- Enough – I am enough
- Proactive
And my final word I share and explain in this video.
I do not mean I want everything to be easy in my life. I aim to continue to stretch myself to my fullest potential.
Too often we fight against the flow of life. Life should be lived with ease and grace.
This year I am embodying these 5 words.
In order to have the success we want in life we must first become the person we aspire to be.
Life is about BE DO HAVE.
Too many people try it the other way around and that is not how it works.
You and I must be the best version of ourselves. Then we must do whatever we need to in order to “have” the life and success we desire.
Thank you for reading this series of blog posts.
Please leave me a comment below and share any words you strive to become.
Have an amazing day!
Namaste

Being happy is an intention. I always start the day working on my mindset, because it directs the rest of my day. I loved this series. Thanks for the tips.

Sue, you’re so adorable, lol. I love your energy and enthusiasm! Great series on being the best you you can be! I agree with your comment on going with the flow. Sometimes we can’t find the current, but we CAN find a way to steer/navigate as we look for the exit 😉
Sue Price says
Aww thank you Dr Steve I appreciate your comment on my energy. I love the way you have said we can find a way to steer/navigate our way through. Thank you for your comment.

Yes many people, if not most, do have BE DO HAVE out of order and often back to front. It is liberating when we realize we have more control and it does start with our mindset. Thanks for your awesome comment Aaron.

Hi Sue,
Happy New Year,
It’s rather sad that many persons settle for an inferior version of themselves when they can be the very best available (anywhere in the world).
Personally, I am very determined not just about my own self development but that of others…fortunately, you have a ton of both motivation and self development that always leaves me filled when I visit.
Thanks for the inspiration 🙂
Enjoy the day!
Always,
Akaahan Terungwa
P.S.
I was wondering: have you had time to take a look at the book I forwarded late last year?
Sue Price says
Hi Terungwa,
Happy New Year to you as well. I hope it is a great one for us all.
I agree that it is sad when people settle to be an inferior version of who they can be.
I think who we become as a person is more important that what we acquire.
I am very happy to hear my content inspires you. Thank you!
I have not looked at your book as yet Terungwa. We has kids and grandkids staying with us over the Christmas period and I got very behind. I will get to it very soon.
Have a great day and year ahead.
