Health and Wealth are both necessary for us to live a truly happy life. Wealth without health means you cannot enjoy the wealth you have. If we are enjoying good health but do not have enough money we are often stressed and cannot live life to the fullest.
Last year life gave me a challenge that truly taught me the importance of having both good health and wealth.
I share my story here.
Too often it is from the challenges life throws at us that we learn the most. I learned many lessons last year.
I learned to value every day as it truly is a gift. Life is precious and we are meant to live it to the fullest.
To do that we need both good health and the financial means to do what we want to do. My personal view on money is not just about having “things” (although I love nice things), for me it is more about being able to do what I want.
When I reflect back on my life so far it is the experiences I have had that stand out for me. Things like travelling, seeing new places, experiencing different foods. Having wealth allows us do whatever it is that makes our heart sing. What is it you love to do?
As I said in the video I am a strong believer of building a residual income.
Residual income is also called passive income and recurring income. It is income that continues to generate after you have done the initial work. It is income that comes in while you are on vacation lying on the beach, sleeping or spending time with your loved ones. If you want to read more on this topic please read my post What is Residual Income and Why You Need to Have One? – just [click here]
Residual income can also support health challenges that we may face. As I explained in the video, the health challenge I had last year really taught me how important it is to have that residual income.
However no amount of wealth or residual income can buy health unless we take care of it. To look after our health we need to be proactive and eat well, get some exercise, drink water, get enough sleep and take good quality supplements. There are other factors but these are some of the basics.
Health and wealth are both necessary for us to live a truly happy life. Do you agree? I would love to hear your thoughts so please leave me a comment below.

Sue I certainly do agree that health and wealth are both essential parts of a truly happy life. The wealthier we are, the more time we can have (usually) to do things we like, and the healthier we are, the more able we are to enjoy them. Exercise makes us happy and so does feeling good, both of which are parts of being healthy.
Its good of you to share your story in this way and good luck making progress in your business – a residual income wellness business really does let you combine health and wealth and also gives you a great perspective to share your messages and thoughts with others. Good luck!

Hi Dane,
I agree with all you have said about health and that wealth most often leads to us having healthier lives. When we have more money we can make healthier food choices.
Thank you for your well wishes for my business. I also thank you for your great comment and perspective on the topic.
Have a great day.
With appreciation.

Namaste Sue,
Great one over here 🙂
Indeed both is important to enjoy the life to its fullest. Wealth can only be enjoyed when we have our health.
Same goes as with our wealth, as we are fit and strong but we ain’t getting much wealth, it leads to mental stress,
disappointment.
Our job is tough one, no, doubt wealth do flows in but our health drains out. Sitting in front of our computer whole day and
thinking the ways to boost our content, get more traffic not an easy task. Its very important to check our eating habit,
get some exercise so that we can start off with a fresh energy.
Residual income is the key, so that the flow of money is being made even if we party or set of to relax on a beach for some
days. It keep us stress free and we can enjoy our life to the fullest.
Thanks for the share.
Shantanu.

Hi Shantanu,
My apologies for not responding earlier. Your comments went into my spam, which is crazy!
You have raised a great point in that sitting in front of a computer and working long hours can take a toll on our health. I know there are many times in my life when I have worked too much and neglected taking good care of myself.
Thank you for your great comment Shantanu and you have an excellent week.

Health is definitely wealth. If you suffered a long-term illness without insurance you will understand this automatically. Read the article about residual income. I’m doing that to an extent with affiliate marketing but even that you have to keep at it at least a little.

Yes Nishadha anyone who has experienced a long term illness without insurance will understand. Even with insurance there is still much strain. Thanks for your comment and I will read your article.
Have a great day.

Hi Sue,
I agree with you both health and wealth plays an important part in one’s life. But without health having Wealth is no use so health plays major role in our lives.
Sue Price says
Hi Kavya,
Yes without our health wealth is not of much use to us. I can see we think the same on this topic.
Thank your for your comment.
